Xindong Wang is founder and Chief Scientist of the company. Xindong has a Ph.D. in Physics focusing on Condensed Matter Physics from Ames National Lab in Iowa State University. Xindong’s career in the Physics and technology area includes a postDoc in Northwestern University, an appointment as a Wigner Fellow in Oak Ridge National Lab, followed by a contracting appointment in NASA MODIS calibration team.  Xindong later served as Chief Architect of a start-up technology firm Panacya (the firm was renamed to Boxtone after he left, and eventually bought out by Good Technology in 2014). Xindong has over 30 peer reviewed publications in various scientific journals, including Phys. Rev. Lett., Phys Rev. B. and JMMM.
